Intake/Annual Health Check

Your intake health check at the clinic will include:

Physical Examination
Review of Your Medical History
Heart Health EKG
Basic Blood and Urine Tests – Blood Group
– Complete Blood Count
– Fasting Blood Sugar
– Lipid Profile
– Creatinine
– Urine Analysis
– BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen)
– SGPT (Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase)
– SGOT (Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase)

Depending on your results and medical history, our doctors may recommend additional examinations or tests at Boston Health or elsewhere. In this case, additional charges may apply, and we’ll give you a quotation beforehand.

Premier Membership Fees

These fees include your initial health check consultation and tests.

First family member: 3,500 baht
Additional family members (16 yrs+): 2,000 baht
Children under age 16: NO CHARGE

Supplementary information regarding initial and renewal fees:

A 500-baht reduction for members who do not require a blood/urine test (e.g. in case they have had a test recently and bring the results).
Annual health checks for children under 16 years does not include a blood test and EKG (unless there is an adverse medical indication).
500-bt reduction for members with no adverse medical indications and do not require an EKG.
After 12 months, the primary member annual renewal fee is only 2,000 baht. Additional family members renewals for 16+ only 1,000 baht. Children under 16 renewal fee: NO CHARGE.
Renewal fees include a free annual health check (basic blood & urine tests, physical exam, EKG) and up to four free phone/email consultations.
An annual health check is voluntary, although we do recommend members have one, particularly those over the age of 50.

House Visit Parameters

All people are welcome during the opening hours of our clinic however, our full range of off-site and home services are only available to registered patients of our Boston Health Premier Membership Program.

Proximity is vital for providing adequate medical care at your location. Therefore, we can only service Premier Members living within an approx. 20-minute drive or 15-kilometer distance from the clinic. Thanks to our convenient location across from Global House, this still spans a large area. We can make exceptions for patients living just outside this area, but for house visits an additional charge will apply.

If you live outside of the 15-kilometer radius around Boston Health, you are still welcome become a Premier Member, but there would be a longer response time for out-of-hours calls and house visits (plus a 50% surcharge for services at your home).
